Each evenings ingredient box also contained a packing list with our ( sometimes extremely generous) packing list - unwanted un opened items could be returned to the fridge/swap shelf ( to prevent wastage)

The Menu / instructions could be varied a little, so instead of the above, we went with an egg fried rice base ( having already cooked the chicken and stir fried the veg, somehting even the Scouts could easliy manage
